We do aim to provide you with comprehensive answers to questions.
These may require assistance from an installing company; as such any further information needed to answer your questions will only be retained so that we may provide you with solutions for the future, through ourselves and/or our Bygone Installers who share this in this undertaking.
As with many sites, the server logs are examined periodically and data within those logs regarding visits and referrals is used to fine-tune the promotion of this site, and sometimes, on a broad basis, as the foundation for articles. At no time will personally identifying information be sought or used from the log files.
