ISO 9001:2000 Certification

This logo means we make the same quality.

Don't be fooled, many companies claim their ISO 9001:2000 certificate proves they make quality..it doesn't, what ISO 9001:2000 means is the company has systems in place to deliver a consistent quality, month to month, week to week day to day, their systems ensure the consistency is there.

In theory at least a company could get ISO certification making "Rubbish" (remember Gerard Ratners comments concerning his companies products).

So you should find suppliers who have BBA certification of quality, AND ISO demonstrating consistency of the quality, then you have a winning combination, and if their products are Secured by Design, and members of the GGF you can expect great products, and service.
