As a Bygone Collection client you will benefit from the double guarantee that we offer. In order to confirm that your sash windows are genuine Bygone Sash Windows there are some simple checks you can make.
Do your locking catches have a beehive or acorn design and the distinctive Bygone logo present? All Bygone Collection Sashes have our unique branded catches. We do not supply these fittings to anybody else.
Is your installer listed on our website? If not then they are not currently a Bygone Preferred Installer. Only Bygone Preferred Installers are authorised to install Bygone sash windows, we never supply Bygone sash windows to those not listed on this site as we cannot be certain of their competence and standards of service.
