ISO 9001:2000
ISO 9001:2000 means that the company has systems in place to deliver a consistent quality, month to month, week to week day to day, their systems ensure the consistency is there.
In theory at least a company could get ISO certification making "Rubbish" (remember Gerard Ratners comments concerning his companies products). So you should find suppliers who have BBA certification of quality, AND ISO demonstrating consistency of the quality, then you have a winning combination, and if their products are Secured by Design, and members of the GGF you can expect great products, and service.
