Can we purchase Bygone Collection sash windows direct or through our local double-glazing installer?

A: The short answer is no. The Bygone Collection can only be installed by our authorised preferred installers - with a network which covers the country. That's not because we are being difficult, it's just our way of controlling the quality of Bygone installations and enabling us to guarantee excellent window installations.

Whilst Masterframe do have other double glazed sash windows, which are sold to trade installers, the Bygone Collection is exclusive to the authorised preferred installers, who are committed to maintaining our standards.
