A: Obviously any customer has a right to expect good service and prompt attention. We understand that you may feel a sense of reassurance by dealing with a well know National company. Sadly, we've heard many customers (of national companies), complain that they felt they were treated as a number, lacking any personal service, and experienced difficulties when it came to get someone to sort out a problem.
You may also feel that a local double glazing company may provide a quicker service. They may have a nearby showroom to visit if things go wrong but as an installer they are wholly dependent upon the manufacturer to make and deliver the products on time and take an interest when things go wrong.
