What happens if you cannot make what's been sold?
Q: What happens if you cannot make what's been sold?
|
A: Occasionally, when we review the order at the factory, we discover it's not possible to make what the sales person has sold. We manufacture our quality double glazed sash windows to high standards and will not make something which we feel is unsuitable or cannot be installed correctly.
In these circumstances, the surveyor may have a better suggestion. Alternatively they find something about the structure that would require a change in procedures and/or materials or rarely the order may have to be declined.
Where it's possible to proceed, any revision to costs (up or down) will again be notified in writing and your agreement required. Should it be that the contract is declined, your deposit will be returned in full.
