What happens when the sash windows are installed?

A: Upon handover you will be asked to check each window. The fitters will demonstrate how they operate, how they open and close, tilt for cleaning, lock, unlock and suggest the areas that require occasional lubrication to keep them as good as new. The installer will register the completion so a certificate can be issued and notify us with your details for our guarantee to be sent out to you, upon settlement of the outstanding sum and your signed completion note.
