This is what Samson customer Graham Browne of The Tally House, Berkshire had to say:
Re: Window Replacement
It has been six months since you fitted our replacement windows, so it's about time that I wrote to you to let you know what we thought of the experience and what we think of them, having lived with them for a while.
We researched the market carefully before we chose your company, and came across quite varied service, levels of expertise and proposals as to what we should fit. We chose Samson Windows because we were impressed by your responsiveness, knowledge and an excellent proposition at a sensible price.
Our experience of the installation process was very good indeed. The job was done on time, with the minimum of disruption and mess. Any clearing up was done effectively and the finished effect was just what we hoped for. There was a little bit of extra work after the installation, down to our indecision at the time. This was handled quickly and at a time of our choosing.
The windows have made a real difference to us. They look great, and plenty of people have mistaken them for wooden sashes. The external sound levels in the rooms affected have noticeably reduced (it was eerie at first), and they have eliminated all the condensation problems that we had to deal with before. The rooms feel more comfortable temperature-wise too, although we'll reserve judgement until we have some properly cold weather! Being able to open the windows without a struggle is a joy too.
